Answers, without the runaround

The three questions every couple asks us first — answered the way we answer them on the phone.

When couples find the couple-merch trend, the same three questions arrive in the same order: what is this exactly, what does it cost, and what do we actually put on the table? We wrote each one a full page, with the specifics we would give you on a call — numbers included.

  1. Q. 01

What is a wedding merch booth?

The plain-language definition, where the trend came from, and what separates a real booth from a pile of pre-printed favors on a table.

  2. Q. 02

    How much does one cost?

Actual anchors — the local starting price, the hourly crew rate, the travel fee — and the four levers that move your specific number.

    NUMBERS
  3. Q. 03

    What goes on the table?

The product menu that works, the designs guests actually wear afterward, and the ones that look great on Pinterest but die in the line.

    THE MENU

How these answers were written

Not by a content team — by the crew that loads the booth. The cost page uses the same anchors we quote from on real calls. The menu page reflects what guests actually take off tables we staffed, including the ideas we now talk couples out of. Where the honest answer is “it depends on your headcount,” we say so and show which way each factor pushes, because a couple planning a 90-guest welcome party and one planning a 240-guest ballroom reception should not be reading the same vague paragraph. If an answer here ever contradicts what we tell you on the phone, the phone wins — and we will fix the page.

Ask us the fourth question

Everything past those three gets specific to your venue, your headcount, and your timeline — which is where a form beats a FAQ. Send your details through the quote form or call (562) 614-4800; a human who has struck a booth at 2 a.m. will answer. For deeper planning reading, the guides cover trend history, design ideas, and a week-by-week checklist.
