Wedding merch booth pricing

Real anchors up front, then a quote built on your actual guest list.

Nobody plans a wedding around a vague “contact us for pricing.” So here are the anchors we quote from, before you ever fill out a form.

  1. FROM ~$5,000

    The staffed booth, local

Full setup for Southern California weddings: presses, display, crew, load-in and strike, plus a garment package sized to your headcount.

    BASE
  2. $250 / HOUR

    Crew time

Staffing runs $250 per hour and covers the whole crew on site — setup and teardown hours included in the plan, not smuggled in later.

    CREW
  3. $900 FLAT

    Travel beyond SoCal

Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego book with no travel fee. Las Vegas and other destinations add a flat $900; true fly-out weddings get quoted individually.

    TRAVEL

What actually moves the number

Four levers, in order of impact. First, guest count — it sets the garment order and the pressing window. A 100-guest welcome party and a 250-guest reception are different machines. Second, hours live: a two-hour after-party drop costs less crew time than a five-hour reception run. Third, the garment mix — tees keep the average down; hoodies and hat-heavy tables raise it but photograph like a real store. Fourth, design scope: one lockup across every piece is efficient; four designs with personalized names on the back adds prep.

How couples budget it

The math most of our couples land on: the booth replaces favors nobody keeps, doubles as entertainment for the stretch between dinner and dancing, and sends every guest home in a photo that has your name on it. Hosted merch — covered by you, free to guests — is the most common model. For larger guest lists, some couples run part of the table for purchase to offset cost; we will tell you honestly whether your headcount supports that.

Getting a real quote

Send the date, venue city, expected guests, and which pieces you want on the table. We reply with a line-itemed plan — booth, crew hours, garments, travel if any — so you can compare it against the favor-and-guest-book budget it usually replaces. No deposit until the plan looks right to you.
