The booth is built to travel — every rig packs into a single load and rebuilds identically whether the venue is a Laguna estate or a Strip-side suite. Routing works like any tour: the closer the stop, the simpler the deal.

Why routing changes so little

Because the rig was designed for the road first. Presses, display wall, lighting, and backstock all case up and travel as one load, so a San Diego ranch wedding and a Vegas suite party get the same equipment list — the only variables are drive time and dock rules. That also means quotes stay honest across the map: distance shows up as one clearly labeled travel line, never as padding hidden inside the booth price. Each city page below covers the local quirks we plan around, from coastal sound curfews to Strip loading docks, so your coordinator knows what we know before the first call.

Beyond the routed stops

Destination wedding outside the map above? We fly. Nationwide dates are quoted individually based on freight and crew travel — the booth itself, the garments, and the crew standard stay exactly the same. The practical requirement is lead time: six to eight weeks lets us route equipment without rush charges. Send the city and date and we will price the trip honestly — including telling you if a local option would serve you better.
